Build, operate, and scale cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for a secure FedRAMP-authorized environment. Develop automation for reliable microservice operations, manage platform systems and runbooks, monitor infrastructure, improve performance and MTTR, participate in on-call and incident response, and contribute to operational architecture and SRE practices.

Lead the technical direction, reliability, security, and scalability of platform infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational automation, especially within a FedRAMP environment. Design infrastructure-as-code, improve observability and incident response, build microservice automation, guide platform migrations, partner with security and compliance teams, and mentor engineers.

Own and support the Atlassian environment, including Jira and Confluence administration, user access, project configuration, workflows, integrations, documentation, dashboards, and reporting. Troubleshoot user issues, support ITSM processes, collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams, and improve platform governance, automation, scalability, and user experience.
