Design, build, and ship production LLM and agentic AI systems for cybersecurity products. Lead architecture, model strategy, fine-tuning, post-training, inference optimization, evaluation, and deployment. Establish engineering practices, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, manage cross-functional technical outcomes, and translate customer needs into scalable, commercially viable AI solutions.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to global users through ticketing, chat, and video channels. Troubleshoots macOS, Windows, hardware, software, connectivity, and enterprise applications. Manages onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and account access. Documents and resolves tickets, participates in global on-call rotations, escalates complex issues, and supports IT process improvements and knowledge management.

Processes PO and non-PO invoices, expense claims, vendor records, payments, and AP mailbox inquiries. Investigates invoice exceptions, approval delays, system integration failures, and discrepancies while supporting payment runs, reporting, compliance, documentation, internal controls, and process improvements. The role requires collaboration with vendors, Procurement, employees, and global Finance teams, along with familiarity with Indian GST and TDS regulations and US shift availability.
