Lead the visual identity and design standards across five hospitality brands. Manage and mentor designers, motion artists, and stop-motion artists; direct graphic design, illustration, motion, retouching, and visual systems; establish brand guidelines and scalable workflows; review creative quality; collaborate with copywriters and the Creative Director; and integrate emerging and AI-enabled creative tools.

Lead brand identity and visual design projects from strategy through execution. Create identity systems, packaging, print, digital, and spatial assets while maintaining high craft and consistency. Manage multiple timelines, collaborate with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and vendors, and present concepts to clients. Incorporate feedback, ensure production feasibility, mentor junior designers, and contribute to evolving design capabilities and workflows.

Own day-to-day brand execution and reputation management for one to three hospitality outlets. Responsibilities include implementing approved campaigns, maintaining digital and review-platform listings, monitoring ratings and guest feedback, coordinating influencer, PR, shoot, event, and campaign activities, supporting routine copy, aligning marketing with outlet operations, tracking deliverables, and escalating risks. The role ensures consistent brand standards, proactive issue resolution, and reliable independent execution across assigned outlets.
