The role uses Oracle NetSuite and Excel while maintaining accurate records, internal controls, and SOP compliance across U.S. and India time zones.

Supports end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping O2C processes, configuring functional components, validating solutions, resolving issues, preparing training materials, supporting client onboarding, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA. The role requires foundational knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, cash application, payment portals, SaaS configuration, and business process analysis.

Provides accounting advisory and financial consulting services to clients navigating business transformations, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, technical accounting matters, reporting, internal controls, and process redesign. Conducts complex accounting research and analysis, prepares client-facing memos and presentations, collaborates with senior leaders, manages project workstreams, supports deadlines, and coaches junior team members.
