Translate and culturally contextualize English early childhood education curricula into high-quality Bengali for West Bengal and Anganwadi-based implementation. Responsibilities include preserving learning objectives, ensuring accessible language, reviewing accuracy and readability, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and maintaining a standardized ECCE terminology glossary. The consultant will finalize translations and revisions for a 350-page book over a three-month freelance engagement.

Designs, builds, evaluates, and deploys machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based systems. Owns the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including problem definition, deployment, monitoring, reproducible pipelines, model validation, drift detection, and experiment tracking. Collaborates with product and domain teams to develop modeling strategies and improves system performance, reliability, documentation, and processes.

Analyze user engagement, retention, cohort, funnel, and A/B testing data to identify product opportunities. Build Tableau dashboards, write SQL queries, and use Alteryx for automated data pipelines and recurring reporting. Partner with Product, Program, Data, and Engineering teams to define metrics, measure feature impact, improve data quality, and communicate actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
