Develop, customize, integrate, and support IFS Cloud ERP solutions. Build extensions, reports, dashboards, REST API integrations, and AI-enabled features; configure business processes; troubleshoot production issues; support upgrades; and collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders on technical designs, documentation, code reviews, and deployment standards.

Build relationships with sales teams, distributors, system integrators, and customers to deliver customer-focused solutions. Drive demand sensing, market intelligence, demand planning inputs, product availability, and process compliance. Develop customer insights to improve retention and business growth while coordinating with supply chain, finance, and other internal teams. The role also manages distributor reviews, resolves customer requirements, and supports regional customer accounts.

Design, implement, and support cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure cloud services, deploy containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes, automate infrastructure with Terraform/ARM/Bicep and scripting, monitor performance, and implement security controls and release automation.
