Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) using SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure/SQL Server. Gather requirements, implement Canvas and Model-driven apps, write SQL/queries, document architecture, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with distributed teams, and promote good engineering and Agile practices.

Lead LCS project delivery operations end-to-end (order booking to closure), drive O2C process optimization and automation adoption, ensure KPI delivery, audits, resource utilization, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and people development including succession planning.

Design, develop, and support enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic data models, and reports. Build and optimize datasets using Power Query and DAX, ensure data accuracy and governance, integrate multiple data sources (Azure SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs), and communicate insights to global stakeholders while following Agile practices.
