Leads enterprise software sales for India, managing regional sales teams, revenue targets, forecasts, account strategies, channel partnerships, major deals, pricing, and go-to-market execution. Builds high-performing teams, develops manufacturing and industrial software opportunities, engages executive stakeholders, and coordinates with global sales, marketing, solution providers, and business units. Requires knowledge of manufacturing systems, supply chain, Industry 4.0, IoT, and Rockwell Automation software offerings.

Support global order and material management by reviewing material demand, checking part availability, coordinating with master data/ETO teams, generating purchase requisitions, executing SOP-driven operational tasks, and interfacing with stakeholders to resolve queries and drive continuous process improvements.
