The HR Shared Services Associate resolves client HR queries and delivers HR services, ensuring compliance with regulations and a positive client experience.

Own and deliver end-to-end India payroll: processing, validations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, payments, year-end activities, and employee support. Serve as greytHR SME for configuration, UAT, and improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, vendors and auditors, support APAC payroll coordination, and build reports and automations using advanced Excel.

Manage entity lifecycle and compliance across APAC: maintain entity records, coordinate incorporations and local counsel, support expansion projects, enforce governance, report metrics, and drive process improvements while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll and external providers.

Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle for South Korea workers: process payroll accurately and on time, maintain employee records, handle queries, generate invoices, ensure compliance with local regulations, administer contract changes, background checks, and offboards, and produce KPI and internal payroll reporting.
