Manage end-to-end APAC payroll processing, including payroll reviews, corrections, payments, employee data, compliance documentation, billing, contracts, queries, and compliant offboarding. The role requires maintaining payroll schedules and reports, applying local legislation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery throughout the worker lifecycle.

Provides global HR shared services by resolving employee and client queries, supporting onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits, and records. Maintains HRIS data, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares HR reports and dashboards, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and improves HR processes and employee experience.
