Own and execute the sales strategy for Sakar’s cleaning robotics business across institutional, commercial, and industrial markets. Build relationships with facility management and cleaning organizations, generate strategic opportunities, lead site assessments, proposals, demos, pilots, negotiations, and deployments, and expand customer accounts. Develop FM partnerships, maintain a predictable pipeline, forecast accurately, communicate customer requirements to internal teams, monitor competitors, and achieve revenue and gross-margin targets.

Own the company’s finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and working-capital management, reconciliations, audits, banking, internal controls, and process improvement. Partner with senior management on financial planning, analysis, cost control, and business decisions while leading the Finance and Accounts team.

Manage daily office administration, workplace readiness, supplies, assets, vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, procurement, courier services, visitors, travel coordination, events, expenses, and administrative documentation. Support employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with Finance and HR, supervise support staff, and proactively resolve operational issues in a fast-paced startup environment.

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade computer vision systems for robotic industrial inspection. Responsibilities include defect detection, measurement, classification, segmentation, OCR, anomaly detection, camera calibration, deep learning model development, synthetic data generation, edge optimization, ROS integration, testing, field validation, documentation, and customer deployments. The role collaborates across robotics, hardware, mechanical, software, quality, and field engineering teams, with occasional travel to customer sites.
