Lead and grow a Core Data technical consulting practice while spending ~50% time as a hands-on Data/Technical Architect. Manage up to 15 direct reports, hire and enable consultants, define data and integration architecture, own migration strategy, advise clients on Salesforce data models, governance, security, and AI-enabled solutions, and drive practice initiatives to improve delivery, CSAT, and business outcomes.

Design, advise, and implement Salesforce DevOps and deployment orchestration solutions. Lead tool selection, CI/CD pipelines, release and environment governance, and support pre-sales technical activities. Collaborate with delivery and client teams and travel to client sites frequently (50-75%).

The Director of Salesforce Program will oversee program governance, manage executive stakeholders, ensure program success, and drive platform adoption and risk management for strategic accounts.
