Design, advise, and implement Salesforce DevOps and deployment orchestration solutions. Lead tool selection, CI/CD pipelines, release and environment governance, and support pre-sales technical activities. Collaborate with delivery and client teams and travel to client sites frequently (50-75%).

The Director of Salesforce Program will oversee program governance, manage executive stakeholders, ensure program success, and drive platform adoption and risk management for strategic accounts.

Design and manage delivery of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions including integrations, custom development, data migration, security, release governance, and AI-enabled features. Lead technical design, code reviews, pre-sales technical work, and collaborate with stakeholders while traveling frequently to client sites.
