Processes customer cashback, reward points, surcharge waivers, and voucher issuances for service deficiency cases. Handles complaints, escalations, root-cause analysis, follow-ups, and end-to-end issue resolution within productivity, accuracy, quality, and SLA targets. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, tracks operational MIS, supports critical financial processes, identifies process improvements, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance adherence while supporting marketing fulfillment and communications.
