Develops business transformation strategies, conducts market and competitor analysis, oversees implementation of systems and processes, and manages strategic initiatives. The role facilitates cross-functional stakeholder alignment, manages budgets and financial forecasts, evaluates performance, and adjusts plans to improve growth, cost optimization, and return on investment. Preferred experience includes strategy consulting, commercial growth strategy, financial modeling, and work with advanced manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven businesses.

Define and govern Sensata’s enterprise AI architecture while remaining hands-on in designing, prototyping, and guiding production AI systems. Develop reference architectures, data and model lifecycle standards, GenAI guardrails, RAG and agent patterns, integration approaches, evaluation and observability practices, and reusable implementation assets. Partner with engineering, data, security, legal, compliance, and business teams; evaluate vendors and build-versus-buy options; prioritize use cases; and provide technical leadership for scalable, responsible AI adoption.

Prepares journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end and year-end close activities. Analyzes financial data, identifies errors, recommends accounting and efficiency improvements, and supports accounting system and procedure enhancements. Documents business processes, maintains compliance with accounting policies and controls, researches financial legislation, and prepares special reports. Collaborates with management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Build, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications, workflows, automations, and integrations using Python, APIs, enterprise data, and LLM technologies. Collaborate with data science, engineering, product, platform, and business teams. Support model training, evaluation, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement, while addressing performance, reliability, latency, cost, and data-quality challenges.

Designs, programs, debugs, and modifies firmware; conducts analyses and tests; troubleshoots firmware code; works with analog and digital hardware and software operating systems; programs in machine and assembly languages plus high-level languages; collaborates with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver firmware solutions.

Lead and evolve global EDI and enterprise integrations using SEEBURGER BIS and Oracle EBS R12. Own Oracle Gateway configurations, design and deliver integration solutions, provide production support across a 24/7 environment, manage trading partner relationships and external vendors, and mentor technical staff while driving standardization and modernization initiatives.

Lead EDI integration projects from initiation through close: gather and document requirements, create plans, assign tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor scope/budget/timeline, manage risks, oversee testing and quality, and drive stakeholder communication and change management.

Design, develop, test, and maintain EDI maps and partner integrations to enable exchange of business documents. Support onboarding, EDI testing, monitor transactions, troubleshoot failures, validate data, and approve moves to production while collaborating with analysts and business owners.
