Develops business transformation strategies, conducts market and competitor analysis, oversees implementation of systems and processes, and manages strategic initiatives. The role facilitates cross-functional stakeholder alignment, manages budgets and financial forecasts, evaluates performance, and adjusts plans to improve growth, cost optimization, and return on investment. Preferred experience includes strategy consulting, commercial growth strategy, financial modeling, and work with advanced manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven businesses.

Define and govern Sensata’s enterprise AI architecture while remaining hands-on in designing, prototyping, and guiding production AI systems. Develop reference architectures, data and model lifecycle standards, GenAI guardrails, RAG and agent patterns, integration approaches, evaluation and observability practices, and reusable implementation assets. Partner with engineering, data, security, legal, compliance, and business teams; evaluate vendors and build-versus-buy options; prioritize use cases; and provide technical leadership for scalable, responsible AI adoption.

Prepares journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end and year-end close activities. Analyzes financial data, identifies errors, recommends accounting and efficiency improvements, and supports accounting system and procedure enhancements. Documents business processes, maintains compliance with accounting policies and controls, researches financial legislation, and prepares special reports. Collaborates with management and cross-functional stakeholders.
