Own QA across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and APIs: design and execute test plans, catch issues early, triage and document bugs, monitor post-release behavior, and improve QA processes. Use AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to generate and validate test cases and improve reporting and coverage.

Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable ML models and MLOps infrastructure on AWS (SageMaker). Build recommendation, fraud, and credit risk systems; implement monitoring, observability, CI/CD, and production support; mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-driven features.
