Design and deploy agentic AI systems for logistics: architect multi-agent workflows, build retrieval pipelines and tool integrations, own agent lifecycle from discovery to production, implement guardrails/evaluation/logging, and deliver lightweight monitoring interfaces while embedding with business teams.

Lead and scale ShipBob's Merchant Operations (Control Tower) in India, driving merchant experience improvements, OKRs, staffing, budgeting, governance, metrics, and cross-functional initiatives. Build and coach teams, implement continuous improvement, and represent merchant voice to internal partners to increase CSAT/NPS and operational efficiency.

Design, build, and maintain production integrations connecting ShipBob to external e-commerce platforms. Own feature design through implementation, ensure reliability, scalability, and performance, influence architecture, mentor peers, manage technical testing and deployment, and proactively reduce technical debt.

Execute end-to-end HR operations for ShipBob India including HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance support, reporting, and AI-assisted process improvements. Serve as first-line contact for employees and managers, ensure audit readiness, run People reports, and support engagement and training initiatives.

Embedded within the People team to map and automate HR workflows end-to-end. Build AI-assisted, production-grade automations and REST integrations (ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice). Harden comp planning controls, create a governed analytics layer, implement logging/monitoring and RBAC for PII/HIPAA, document handoffs, and work with Data and Legal to ensure compliance.
