Uses job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, campus channels, ATS/HRMS platforms, and AI-assisted screening tools to build pipelines and conduct first-round evaluations. Coordinates interviews, communicates with candidates, manages offers and pre-employment checks, tracks recruiting metrics, maintains candidate records, and hands accepted hires to the HR Manager for onboarding.

Leads strategic HR and talent acquisition, building technical talent pipelines, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruiting processes. Owns workforce planning, career architecture, compensation strategy, HR technology, analytics, policy governance, culture, engagement, and DEI across Pune and London. Manages and coaches an HR Recruitment Associate, partners with leadership on hiring and organizational planning, and coordinates multi-country HR practices. The role is positioned as a pathway toward HR Director responsibilities.

Creates and edits technical documentation such as user manuals, quick guides, troubleshooting guides, release notes, UI text, and contextual help. Collaborates with product, engineering, QA, business analysis, and support teams to validate information. Develops reusable templates, organizes content repositories, creates supporting visuals, and tailors content for varied audiences. Maintains documentation through version control and aligns delivery with Agile sprints and product release cycles.

Designs and maintains scalable Oracle and MySQL database systems, including schemas, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, backups, recovery, high availability, security, and migrations. Integrates database logic with backend and full-stack applications using Python, Java, APIs, and .NET. Supports cloud database and BI initiatives, ETL/ELT pipelines, documentation, governance, agile collaboration, mentoring, code reviews, and technical evaluations.

Coordinate software and technology project delivery across cross-functional teams. Manage sprint planning, schedules, task assignments, scope, risks, requirements, reporting, documentation, QA alignment, and stakeholder communication. Maintain Jira or Azure DevOps boards and Confluence documentation, support demos and releases, coordinate signoffs, and identify process improvements. Work with developers, QA, designers, business analysts, DevOps, and clients to maintain delivery quality, transparency, and velocity.

Supports software solution delivery by gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, process maps, wireframes, and traceability documentation. Collaborates with stakeholders, developers, QA, and UI/UX teams in Agile SaaS/PaaS environments. Assists with project planning, UAT execution, stakeholder communications, workflow improvements, and compliance with governance standards.

Creates graphic assets, UI/UX updates, occasional new screens, basic video edits, and simple motion designs for web and mobile products. Collaborates with designers, developers, product managers, documentation, and HR teams. Maintains brand guidelines, design files, templates, and component libraries; presents concepts, incorporates feedback, and supports product communication and onboarding materials.

Supports CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, automated builds and deployments, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response. Collaborates with development, QA, Data Science, and MLOps teams to deploy and monitor applications and machine learning models. Assists with AIOps integration, infrastructure automation, ticket resolution, rollbacks, and maintaining standard operating procedures while developing DevOps expertise.

Supports AI initiatives through research, framework evaluation, dataset preparation, model training experiments, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation. Documents technical risks and feasibility findings while contributing to responsible AI practices, knowledge sharing, and collaborative development using Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Git, Jupyter, and Linux.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java under senior guidance. Implement UI layouts from designs, integrate REST APIs, conduct testing, resolve defects, document feature behavior, and use Git and project-tracking tools. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and support teams while building Android architecture and development expertise.

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Implement features, fix bugs, troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, write tests, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD automation. Collaborate with product, design, QA, backend, and DevOps teams in Agile ceremonies while maintaining technical documentation and release materials.

Manage and secure internal IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, SaaS platforms, endpoints, and security tools. Provide Tier 1–3 employee support, administer onboarding and offboarding, maintain hardware and software assets, monitor system performance, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. The role requires end-to-end IT operations ownership, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge of macOS, Windows, networking, MDM, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

Develop and architect scalable Angular web applications, translating UX/UI designs into responsive components and optimizing performance. Integrate RESTful APIs using RxJS, manage application state with NgRx, maintain build pipelines, and implement unit tests with Jasmine and Karma. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, debugging, and architectural decisions while mentoring junior developers. Collaborate with designers, QA, product owners, and backend teams, and contribute to CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and continuous improvement.
