The Accountant will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of accounting services while maintaining client relationships and financial accuracy.

Manage renewals and achieve monthly renewal, CSAT, and cash-collection targets for SME clients. Investigate end-to-end customer issues, drive cross-functional resolutions, maintain a data-driven pipeline, execute upsells, and improve renewal processes. Collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product and data teams. Handle complex escalations, use Tableau/Zendesk/HubSpot, and proactively own projects to completion. Must be customer-centric, sales-driven, and located in Singapore or the Philippines with 8+ years' relevant experience.
