Responsibilities include analytics instrumentation, content and site-structure optimization, AI citation tracking, experimentation, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Process accurate and compliant UK payrolls for multiple clients, including payroll data validation, HMRC submissions, pension auto-enrolment, year-end reporting, and client query resolution.
