Maintain strict deadlines, confidentiality, and data accuracy while collaborating with the payroll team. Identify discrepancies, improve workflows, and use AI, automation, and payroll technology to increase efficiency and service quality.

Manage renewals for existing SME clients, achieving renewal, customer satisfaction, cash collection, upsell, and upgrade targets. Investigate customer interactions, resolve complex issues and escalations, maintain a data-driven pipeline, and collaborate with accounting, corporate secretarial, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes. The role requires customer-facing sales or customer success experience, strong communication, cross-cultural competence, and proficiency with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS returns, reconcile GST and payroll liabilities, maintain complete client accounts, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare management reports, support payroll, and ensure compliance with Australian regulations. Act as the primary accounting advisor for SME clients, managing relationships end to end and providing clear financial insights. Corporate tax return experience is advantageous.
