Design, govern and administer enterprise BI platform (PowerBI, Cognos) on cloud (Azure/AWS/Snowflake). Architect BI solutions, semantic layers and data products to enable self-service analytics. Implement data quality, access, environment management, and DevOps/DataOps practices. Lead small teams, document best practices, engage stakeholders, and support analytics lifecycle and migration to cloud.

Design, map, and improve end-to-end customer journeys; develop CJM standards and tools; gather qualitative and quantitative insights via workshops, interviews, and analysis; translate findings into actionable experience improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement them.

Lead multiple data engineering teams to design, build, and govern scalable ELT pipelines and cloud-native data products. Ensure adherence to enterprise data models, CI/CD, data governance, metadata/lineage, monitoring, and performance optimization (Snowflake). Mentor engineers and collaborate with architects, analysts, and BI to deliver reusable, efficient data solutions.
