Provide Level 2 support for Azure infrastructure: troubleshoot VMs, networking, storage, identity (Azure AD), monitor/alert response, fulfill service requests, manage tickets with SLA, collaborate across tiers and vendors, and follow ITIL processes.

Provide L3/L4 Azure support across multi-tenant environments: monitor and manage Azure IaaS/PaaS, respond to critical incidents, perform RCA, automate operational tasks, optimize cost and governance, collaborate with Microsoft and vendors, and maintain runbooks and client communications including on-call rotations and EST overlap.

Support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules: troubleshoot production issues, develop PL/SQL packages, reports and data models, assist integrations, participate in testing, documentation, code reviews, and quarterly updates while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.

Provide L3/L4 on-prem Microsoft infrastructure support across Windows and Linux environments. Troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SQL clustering, SharePoint, Hyper-V, backups (Veeam/Commvault), patch management via Configuration Manager, and use PowerShell. Resolve support tickets, maintain knowledge articles, contribute to problem management, and participate in a 24x7 support rotation in an MSP/managed services context.

Lead high-volume full life-cycle recruiting and strategic resourcing for India. Source and manage candidates across levels, consult with account teams and partners, negotiate fulfillment solutions, maintain pipelines, and manage interview, offer, background check, and onboarding processes.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and semantic data models (primarily in Power BI). Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, build SQL queries and ETL transformations, ensure data quality and governance, troubleshoot performance, document processes, and deliver actionable insights across large, disparate datasets in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
