Coordinates multiple technology projects by tracking tasks, timelines, documentation, risks, issues, budgets, forecasts, and project performance. Supports project lifecycle activities from initiation through implementation and closure, assists with scope and schedule changes, maintains project management standards, gathers customer documentation, and contributes to status reports and meetings. Requires strong communication, collaboration, financial reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoint/server environments. Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill service requests, manage tickets and SLAs, monitor systems, support identity and access (Entra ID/MFA/conditional access), document resolutions, escalate to Tier 3 or vendors, and participate in ITIL-based processes, training, and process improvements in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Provide L3/L4 Azure support in a 24x7 MSP environment: monitor and maintain Azure IaaS/PaaS, respond to incidents, drive priority escalations, perform RCA, automate operational tasks, advise on governance/security/cost optimization, and maintain runbooks and client communications.
