Develop and maintain full-stack applications, HR and ERP integrations, and timekeeping systems. Build frontend and backend features using Vue, Node.js, REST APIs, Kafka, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL. Perform automated and comprehensive testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, resolve technical issues, improve system performance, and support integrations involving ADP and Oracle systems.

Owns technical implementation and administration of Qualtrics CX and Voice of Customer programs across multiple organizations. Builds complex surveys, digital intercepts, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and custom applications; manages ETL, relational data governance, consent, QA, and troubleshooting. Partners with CX leadership to expand feedback capabilities and delivers reliable integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amplitude, and analytics platforms.

Serves as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud PPM, configuring and supporting project costing, billing, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and project management processes. Leads requirements gathering, testing, implementations, quarterly updates, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, documentation, training, data migration, and audit support. Partners with Finance, PMO, IT, technical teams, and vendors while using OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, APIs, and SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.
