The Territory Manager focuses on business development and key account management within the hospitality sector, driving sales growth and managing customer relationships.

Drive territory sales within the Hospitality domain by acquiring new accounts, managing distributor networks, meeting monthly/annual targets, developing key customer relationships, analyzing competitors, delivering customer training, and reporting sales activity and KPIs via CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to create value propositions and execute sales strategy.

Manage assigned customer accounts in South region, build senior-level relationships, drive revenue and margin, identify and close new product opportunities, provide technical service and account strategy to maintain and grow business.

Manage key accounts in water treatment and consumer solutions for pulp/paper and related markets. Drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, introduce products, resolve technical issues on paper machines, ensure Solenis equipment functioning, coordinate orders/payments, manage spares, monitor competitor activity, and lead a team of ~25 technical support staff.
