Develop GenAI capabilities using LLMs, agents, RAG, and workflow automation. Manage reliability through testing, code review, production support, and technical debt reduction. Collaborate clearly with nontechnical stakeholders, and at senior levels lead ambiguous projects and mentor engineers.
