Processes scholarly manuscripts from submission through final decision, performs quality checks, assigns editors, invites reviewers, communicates with authors and editorial stakeholders, monitors manuscript workflows, supports technical checks, and helps improve turnaround times. The role also mentors and trains team members, supports editorial processes, and contributes to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Manages Springer Nature’s preprints product across its full lifecycle, from inception through retirement. Owns product strategy, customer journeys, roadmaps, metrics, and iterative delivery with internal development, UX, editorial, publishing, and external partner teams. Uses customer research and quantitative and qualitative data to improve author experiences, content usage, submissions, and revenue. The role also influences stakeholders, supports Agile development, and represents product management practices internally and externally.
