Own customer audit journeys from gap assessment and readiness through external audit fieldwork, remediation, findings resolution, and closure. Assess security controls, cloud environments, policies, and evidence; develop risk-based remediation plans; coordinate customers and independent auditors; track requests and risks; and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. Improve scalable audit playbooks and workflows while collaborating across technical and executive stakeholders.

Own delivery and maturity of GRC engagements across ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and related frameworks. Manage concurrent client programs, audits, gap assessments, control mapping, policies, and audit readiness. Build reusable compliance playbooks, AI-assisted workflows, QA standards, and framework libraries. Support pricing, packaging, utilization, margins, forecasting, sales enablement, renewals, and client workshops while controlling scope and delivery risk.

Manage a US customer portfolio, build relationships, drive product adoption, quantify ROI, and connect Sprinto's compliance platform to business outcomes. Lead QBRs, renewals, expansions, advocacy initiatives, and customer communications while articulating value to technical and executive stakeholders. Track retention and expansion outcomes, use AI tools to improve productivity, and mentor new team members.
