The Program Manager will enhance Sprinto's customer journey by managing deployment projects, leading cross-functional initiatives, and improving customer lifecycle processes through data-driven insights and stakeholder management.

Lead Sprinto’s global strategic alliances and channel partnerships function, owning the strategy, commercial models, partner ecosystem, joint go-to-market motions, and partner-generated revenue. Build relationships with MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, consulting firms, and technology partners; create scalable governance and enablement programs; and hire and develop a high-performing partnerships team. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and executive leadership to establish partnerships as a major growth engine.

The Technical Account Manager owns customer onboarding, engages with senior stakeholders, drives technical adoption, collaborates across teams, monitors customer satisfaction, advocates for customer needs, and ensures continuous improvement in processes.
