Lead a product pod's engineering delivery: plan, estimate, and execute features with high quality and predictable timelines. Bridge product and engineering by reviewing PRDs, guiding technical decisions, enforcing best practices (code review, testing, observability, security), mentoring engineers, collaborating with QA/Design/DevOps, and reducing production issues while managing technical debt.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll ensure web application quality, design and execute tests, track defects, and collaborate with the delivery team.
