Drives sales of grid-tied inverters and rooftop solar solutions across Balangir. Leads and mentors field sales teams, builds pipelines through EPCs, banks, partners, and direct consumers, and develops customer relationships. Responsibilities include customer demonstrations, partner activations, documentation and subsidy compliance, installation coordination, payment collection, field audits, CRM adoption, and strategic sales planning. The role requires extensive field travel and knowledge of solar rooftop processes, net metering, and customer financing.

Develop and operate backend systems using Java, Python, AWS, microservices, databases, queues, and event-driven architectures. Responsibilities include designing scalable services, integrating third-party APIs, improving performance and observability, managing production Docker deployments, conducting incident reviews, writing architecture documentation, mentoring engineers, and owning systems through launch, on-call, and ongoing optimization. The role also requires daily use and review of AI-assisted coding tools.

Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions, customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations. Build SAP data extraction and integration pipelines using ODP, CDS Views, OData, and SAP Datasphere. Translate business requirements, especially SAP SD processes, into scalable technical solutions and integrate SAP data with cloud platforms. Collaborate with functional consultants, data engineers, stakeholders, and external partners while independently resolving technical issues and strengthening internal SAP capabilities.
