Leads product specialists across territories and crops, harmonizing processes and shaping the seed portfolio. Develops product strategies, target product profiles, lifecycle plans, trial programs, new product introduction strategies, pricing, positioning, and registration activities. Analyzes market trends, customer needs, competitor landscapes, and trial results to support advancement decisions. Provides technical support to producers and sales teams while managing cross-functional collaboration and team performance.

Executes end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities, including invoice processing, payments, travel and expense processing, and supplier reconciliations. Handles internal and supplier queries, maintains process controls and service-level performance, follows global procedures, and identifies process improvements. The role requires SAP ERP transaction processing, Accounts Payable knowledge, tax compliance awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with international stakeholders.

Provides regional tax compliance and operations support across AMEA and JANZ, covering VAT/GST, withholding tax, corporate tax, tax accounting, reconciliations, audits, governance, and statutory reporting. Maintains compliance calendars, controls, documentation, and risk escalations while coordinating with finance, IT, local entities, tax authorities, and external advisers. Drives process standardization, automation, data quality, reporting, training, and continuous improvement across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage and govern global finance master data, including GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, bank data, hierarchies, and mappings. Review and process change requests, investigate CFIN/AIF errors, coordinate resolution and reprocessing, and maintain data quality within service-level agreements. Partner with Finance, Data Excellence, and IT teams on escalations, reporting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Lead the operation and improvement of enterprise AI security platforms. Responsibilities include enforcing AI security policies, discovering and managing AI assets across AWS, Azure, and GCP, integrating AI red-team testing into CI/CD, managing vendors and platform roadmaps, tuning performance, supporting AI incident response, and maintaining security documentation and metrics.

Manages commercial excellence by designing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and initiatives to improve growth, productivity, profitability, and sales quality. Leads and coaches the commercial excellence and sales teams, manages A&P costs, develops distribution partnerships, supports sales campaigns, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across agronomy, production, supply chain, research, and marketing. Builds organizational capability and contributes to business strategy and growth initiatives.

Partners with Asia field-crop leadership and AMEA Marketing on financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business cases, and performance tracking. Consolidates regional P&L, working capital, and cash flow reporting; coordinates planning cycles; evaluates commercial initiatives; identifies risks and opportunities; and drives standardization, digital reporting, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across countries and finance teams.

Lead the architecture and implementation of Syngenta’s scalable AI Innovation Platform. Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, establish AI-enabled software development practices, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and define implementation approaches, APIs, integrations, and quality attributes. Collaborate with product, design, business, and globally distributed engineering stakeholders to ensure platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and alignment with organizational needs.

Drive cloud security strategy, architecture, and implementation across multi-cloud environments. Manage CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, and SIEM tooling; conduct security governance, compliance assessments, incident investigations, threat analysis, and remediation. Partner with SOC, threat intelligence, architecture, engineering, and vulnerability management teams. Define secure cloud requirements, maintain documentation and runbooks, and improve security controls through automation and security monitoring.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP-aligned finance and procurement solutions. Gather requirements, produce BRS/FRS, manage stakeholders and integrations, run UAT and training, support deployments and hypercare, and collaborate with implementation partners and support teams.
