Lead and manage data and engineering teams for the Data Mesh platform, drive product delivery and modernization of AI/BI and agentic analytics, implement cloud/containerized solutions, and recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members to deliver scalable data engineering practices.

Lead capability development for North & East India sales teams by assessing gaps, designing and delivering blended learning programs, deploying learning platforms, measuring impact, driving change management, and coordinating with country and APAC MaSE to improve field force effectiveness. Requires stakeholder management, program rollout, and significant travel.

Support and maintain Syngenta's PlaTO digital manufacturing platform globally: triage support tickets, manage OutSystems and data infrastructure (HighByte, PostgreSQL, Databricks), ensure data quality and ISA-88/95 compliance, coordinate rollouts, create documentation and training, liaise with IT/vendors, and monitor platform performance to prevent operational impact.
