Leads global SAP Basis and platform service delivery across multiple SAP systems and public cloud environments. Oversees SAP RISE migration, HANA and cloud operations, transport and release management, disaster recovery, major incidents, service performance, vendor relationships, costs, compliance, and production transitions. The role contributes to SAP roadmap planning, platform architecture, service improvements, and adoption of SAP Joule and AI capabilities while ensuring SLA performance and operational stability.

Develop clean-core-compliant SAP extensions and applications using ABAP, S/4HANA, RAP, CDS, Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP. Build side-by-side cloud extensions, modernize legacy code, integrate external systems through APIs and SAP Integration Suite, and embed AI and machine-learning capabilities into business workflows. Design and deliver RICEFW objects, ensure code quality with ATC and Code Inspector, document technical solutions, and collaborate with functional consultants, analysts, and stakeholders.

Partners with Supply Operations to gather requirements and design SAP MM solutions, focusing on P2P, STO, cross-company, and intercompany processes. Supports configuration, functional specifications, testing, defect resolution, deployment, go-live, hypercare, incidents, and changes. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, process improvements, and integration with SAP modules and external logistics systems while coordinating with technical teams and vendors in an Agile/DevOps environment.
