Lead SAP authorization and GRC administration: design and maintain SAP security roles, remediate SOD conflicts, support GRC system configuration, manage security change processes, coordinate with ABAP/functional teams, and provide technical support and compliance for audits and deployments.

Lead capability development roadmap for North & East India sales teams: assess gaps, design and deliver blended learning, drive adoption of learning platforms, measure impact, and enable culture change. Partner with country and regional leads to roll out large programs, manage vendors and budgets, and improve field force effectiveness.
