The Supply Chain Project Analyst supports change management initiatives by coordinating between teams, tracking projects, and analyzing supply metrics to assist purchasing and inventory decisions.

Outside sales role selling hospitality amenities, textiles, FF&E, janitorial and MRO products to hotels and accounts in an assigned territory. Uses consultative selling, CRM and analytics to grow accounts, forecast results, set up new customers, manage collections, coordinate cross-functional support, and meet sales and profit targets. Requires regular travel and territory management.

Monitor global infrastructure using Datadog and SolarWinds, triage and resolve L1 incidents, escalate complex issues, participate in incident response and post-incident reviews, maintain SOPs and ServiceNow tickets, support automation with basic scripting, and provide weekend on-call coverage.
