Responsible for telecom systems engineering across PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, charging, CRM, provisioning, and network implementation. Requires Linux and Solaris administration, Apache and Tomcat, Oracle, Cisco, JavaScript, JSP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, RADIUS, Diameter, and AAA knowledge. Duties include patch installation, firmware upgrades, analytical troubleshooting, documentation, and supporting telecom network operations.

Designs systems and technical solutions using microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps practices. Evaluates business and IT processes, recommends improvements, and aligns technical solutions with customer business context. Collaborates within Agile projects, identifies automation opportunities, and communicates architecture through UML diagrams and other design artifacts. Azure experience is preferred.

Implement, maintain, configure, migrate, and support AVEVA Intelatrac and Mobile Operator applications, including field devices, integrations, databases, and client/server environments. Analyze application issues, identify root causes, recommend improvements, and manage technical deliverables throughout project lifecycles. Develop technical requirements and documentation, apply approved configuration and security changes, perform installation and programming tasks, and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders. Asset integrity and equipment maintenance knowledge are essential.
