Provide global client support for Termgrid's Portfolio product, manage client portfolio data and onboarding, produce usage insights for QBRs, maintain knowledge base, resolve client inquiries with Account Managers, and liaise with Product and Engineering on client-driven product improvements.

Manage and grow a 6-12 engineer team across frontend, backend, and platform. Own delivery processes, roadmap alignment, hiring, engineering best practices, incident response, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable fintech software.

Run account-based and integrated B2B campaigns to support sales; identify and prioritize target accounts using data; map buying groups; adapt content for specific buyers; coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Product; report campaign performance and optimize tactics.
