Respond to prospective parent enquiries, conduct admission counselling, explain the school’s educational offerings, guide families through documentation and timelines, and convert qualified enquiries into campus visits and student admissions.

Provides administrative and coordination support to account management and sales teams. Responsibilities include preparing sales documents and proposals, maintaining CRM records, scheduling meetings and demos, researching prospects and competitors, coordinating pre- and post-sales service, communicating customer feedback, reporting campaign results, and supporting promotional materials.

Leads engaging, age-appropriate physical education and sports activities for young children and primary-school students. Manages groups and classrooms, promotes child safety, builds confidence through movement and sports, designs creative games, coordinates events, and collaborates with staff. Requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, patience, and physical activity skills.
