Manage and oversee translation projects and missionary support activities: develop translation roadmaps, secure permissions, identify and manage translators and contracts, coordinate deadlines and distribution, support cross-cultural ministry training and sustainability planning, maintain donor communication, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement strategy.

Provide regional financial and operational leadership: prepare and manage multi‑year budgets, develop reporting tools, manage regional accounting systems and assets, support regional director and partners, train staff, ensure compliance, and enable program implementation. Travel up to 20%.

Develop and manage regional communications for LCMS International Mission in Asia: raise support, produce monthly newsletters, cover events (photo/video), draft and edit articles, create presentation materials, ensure brand-aligned messaging, support donor reporting, complete missionary training and language acquisition, and collaborate with LCMS Communications. Travel up to 25%.
