Manage accounts payable and receivable processes: verify invoices and payments, reconcile account balances, process cash applications, support collections and overdue repayment restructuring, perform monthly/quarterly close, and train junior AP/AR staff.

Lead and grow India-based application development teams delivering enterprise solutions for corporate functions. Oversee architecture-aligned delivery, resource planning, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement including cloud, integrations, AI and DevOps practices.

Perform application risk assessments (using NIST/ISO frameworks), validate security controls, identify and rate application risks, document findings, track remediation with owners, maintain GRC records, support risk evaluations, and improve playbooks and processes while communicating risks clearly.

Support and execute global payroll processing and compliance: review payroll/attendance data, calculate pay and deductions, reconcile records, process tax and garnishment items, respond to employee inquiries, coordinate with third-party payroll vendors, perform audits, and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
