Develop large-scale data science products using structured and unstructured data. Responsibilities include designing optimization and forecasting algorithms, implementing end-to-end data science solutions, applying machine learning and deep learning methods, and developing user profiling, pattern detection, predictive modeling, recommender system, and classification or regression models. Leads continuous improvement and operations analysis initiatives across business units. Manages experienced professionals, evaluates process enhancements and business cases, identifies value-creation opportunities, coordinates cross-functional implementation, and promotes change management, training, documentation, and organizational adoption. It requires expertise in US visa categories, advanced sourcing techniques, Workday or similar ATS platforms, Excel, and communication across US business hours.

Leads enterprise IT Asset Management governance across hardware, software, cloud, and technology assets. Oversees asset lifecycle controls, inventory accuracy, CMDB alignment, software license compliance, audit readiness, risk remediation, reporting, and cost optimization. Partners with technology, finance, sourcing, risk, legal, cybersecurity, and audit teams to improve governance, data quality, automation, and lifecycle processes. Serves as a subject matter expert and develops standards, dashboards, metrics, controls, and executive reporting.

Designs and leads scalable AI platform infrastructure, agent frameworks, orchestration layers, backend services, APIs, and cloud deployments. Optimizes LLMs and fine-tunes small language models using techniques such as quantization, distillation, RAG, caching, and prompt optimization. Ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
