Support and execute global payroll processing and compliance: review payroll/attendance data, calculate pay and deductions, reconcile records, process tax and garnishment items, respond to employee inquiries, coordinate with third-party payroll vendors, perform audits, and maintain payroll policies and procedures.

Apply frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, and Cyber Kill Chain and communicate findings to stakeholders and executives.

The role focuses on developing analytical data science products, implementing algorithms for insights, and expertise in deep learning frameworks.

Lead and deliver enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery. Develop roadmaps, align stakeholders including C-level, implement enterprise Agile/SAFe practices, define KPIs/OKRs, manage risks, drive executive reporting and analytics, and mentor program/project managers to improve delivery, quality, and business impact.

Maintain CAD drawings and CAD-IWMS integrations, ensure data governance and quality, produce reports and dashboards, generate CAD test fits and sketches, and coordinate small move/add/change (MAC) project imports and vendor support.

Lead and grow India-based application development teams delivering enterprise solutions for corporate functions. Oversee architecture-aligned delivery, resource planning, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement including cloud, integrations, AI and DevOps practices.
