Leads application production support across the full technology stack, overseeing troubleshooting, deployment, development, observability, availability, reliability, capacity, and resiliency. Partners with business users, developers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to meet application demands. Develops tooling and application enhancements while managing disaster recovery, high availability, and cloud resiliency. Experience in asset management or global investment banking is relevant.

Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud-based applications across SaaS/PaaS/IaaS. Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data warehousing on Snowflake and AWS, integrate cloud applications via APIs, and collaborate with project managers to deliver solutions.

Perform application risk assessments (using NIST/ISO frameworks), validate security controls, identify and rate application risks, document findings, track remediation with owners, maintain GRC records, support risk evaluations, and improve playbooks and processes while communicating risks clearly.
