Lead and grow the India Data & AI organization (~150 people), define offerings and strategy, collaborate with Nordic clients to design, build, and operate cloud data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, GenAI and agentic AI solutions, and develop a high-performing team.

Design, develop, test and operate end-to-end Blue Prism RPA solutions in a DevOps model. Gather requirements, create PDD/SDD/OID, complete UAT, deploy with Ops and support production. Communicate with customers and switch tools as needed.

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, triggers, batch and scheduled Apex, workflows, validations, approval processes, and security and data models. Design business processes, integrations, and application solutions using REST and SOAP. Support development and deployment projects, create test classes, and work with Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, and Integration capabilities.
