The role also supports customized itinerary planning, team training, workflow management, follow-up, and operational improvements while maintaining performance and service standards.

Manage domestic and international ticket bookings, reissues, refunds, cancellations and exchanges using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). Provide fare quotes and itineraries, verify passenger details, resolve ticketing issues, monitor booking queues, coordinate with airlines and vendors, maintain transaction records, and ensure compliance with airline and company policies.
