Lead end-to-end design, build, and production operation of scalable distributed systems. Debug production issues, improve reliability and performance, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality software at scale with an AI-forward mindset.

Partner with the Head of Talent Growth to define and execute supply and demand growth roadmaps. Lead cross-functional growth programs, run experiments, optimize funnels and automation, build dashboards and metrics, and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to hit growth OKRs.
