Lead and coordinate health, safety and wellbeing activities for office and data centre construction projects. Monitor compliance, record incidents, perform risk assessments/audits, support legal compliance reviews, train staff, and support global H&S campaigns.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream programmes: define strategy, governance, metrics, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation. Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, run assurance and reporting, mentor delivery teams, and drive process and efficiency improvements.

Support cost management for advanced manufacturing projects across MEP and CSA scopes. Assist with estimating, procurement, contract administration, cost reporting, variations, and stakeholder coordination throughout project lifecycle.
