Lead a remote India-based Technical Support team for Twilio's Voice Segment Platform: manage performance, coaching, escalations, incident RCA, process improvements, hiring and workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.

Own end-to-end product analytics projects: define metrics with product managers, build dashboards, perform SQL-based analysis and QA, document datasets and models, and deliver actionable insights to influence product decisions.
