The Business Systems Analyst will provide operational and technical Salesforce support, manage user setup, oversee case management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data synchronization across systems while collaborating with various teams.

As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you'll support Twilio customers, resolve complex issues, and communicate technical details effectively, enhancing user experience.

Provide technical support for Twilio Console users, troubleshoot telecom and QoS issues, collaborate with Engineering/Product, document trends, file JIRAs, and contribute to knowledge bases while occasionally working irregular shifts.
