Provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting for IBM z/OS networking and mainframe environments. Support Communication Server, VTAM, TCP/IP, file transfer, messaging, printing, email, middleware connectivity, and JES2 operations. Develop automation, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and auditing tools using REXX, CLIST, or SAS. Collaborate with enterprise network and security teams on implementations, upgrades, modernization, disaster recovery, and application connectivity issues.

Lead design and implementation of IDMC-based data integration solutions. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate SCADA/IoT/ERP/market data, enforce data quality and governance, mentor developers, monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate new IDMC features to support analytics and regulatory needs.

Lead migration of on-premises Informatica Axon, EDC, and IDQ artifacts to the Informatica IDMC cloud (CDGC/CDQ). Perform assessments, execute tooling-assisted and manual migrations, translate IDQ rules to CDQ, embed CDQ in CDI mappings, validate via UAT, provide post-deployment hyper-care, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
