Leads global Record-to-Report operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, overseeing general ledger, close processes, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, reporting, governance, and controls. Manages a large finance team while driving Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, automation, ERP enablement, audit remediation, standardization, and KPI improvement. Partners with senior finance stakeholders to strengthen financial integrity, compliance, operational efficiency, and team capability.

Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies focused on expanding Vanderlande’s Indian supplier ecosystem. Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers; lead sourcing, supplier selection, onboarding, and relationship management; monitor market intelligence; promote innovation; organize supplier engagement events; and ensure compliance, sustainability, quality, and ethical procurement standards. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, technology, and global procurement stakeholders while supporting scalable, resilient supply chain growth.

Administer and improve global item master data supporting supply chain and sales operations. Maintain supplier, lead time, pricing, quantity, transportation, and BOM information; analyze data for accuracy and quality; coordinate with suppliers worldwide; support change management; and improve processes and tooling. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, decision-making, and data management skills.

Supports global compensation programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC by managing benchmarking, merit and incentive cycles, compensation reporting, Workday data, and stakeholder inputs. Analyzes and validates sensitive compensation datasets, prepares reports and employee letters, and supports incentive calculations. Identifies opportunities to standardize and automate recurring processes, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and HR teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and commission Siemens PLC-based low-level control software for automated material handling systems. Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, communications, and safety systems; troubleshoot during FAT, SAT, and site commissioning; create technical and testing documentation; support customer meetings, project risk mitigation, handover, and continuous improvement. The role also mentors junior engineers and requires international travel of approximately 50–70%.

Design, develop, test, integrate, troubleshoot, and commission Siemens PLC-based control software for automated material handling systems. Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, communication networks, and safety systems. Conduct FAT, SAT, simulation, and site commissioning; prepare technical documentation and test reports; support customer meetings and project handover. Mentor junior engineers, identify technical risks, maintain engineering standards, and contribute to controls software standardization and continuous improvement. International travel of approximately 50–70% is required.

Supports supplier onboarding, qualification, reassessment, monitoring, and remediation across ESG, cybersecurity, compliance, financial, geopolitical, and operational risks. Reviews supplier documentation and cyber assessments, analyzes BitSight or similar risk intelligence data, prepares dashboards and reports, coordinates remediation, maintains risk records, and collaborates with Procurement, Legal, Sustainability, Compliance, Information Security, and suppliers globally.

Supports global RfX activities, including drafting tender documents, coordinating supplier timelines, consolidating responses, analyzing proposals and quotations, and supporting supplier selection. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards while improving processes across the Procurement Centre of Excellence. It requires collaboration with category managers, demand managers, engineering, project management, finance, planning, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
