Leads and develops a multidisciplinary Pune R&D product development team of 15–20 engineers and specialists. Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment, performance management, delivery planning, capacity management, product standardization, industrialization, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, service, and international teams. The role ensures predictable delivery of high-quality conveying products and includes international travel once or twice annually.

Responsible for end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting, including general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, foreign exchange revaluations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and global policies while resolving accounting issues and supporting process improvements, automation, and accurate reporting in a global shared-services environment.

Support global Procurement through recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, KPI scorecards, spend and supplier analytics, executive insights, and procurement governance reporting. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable analytical solutions using procurement platforms, ERP systems, Power BI, and Excel. Collaborate with digital and data teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, standardize processes, and support procurement transformation initiatives.
