Supports global compensation programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC by managing benchmarking, merit and incentive cycles, compensation reporting, Workday data, and stakeholder inputs. Analyzes and validates sensitive compensation datasets, prepares reports and employee letters, and supports incentive calculations. The role also mentors junior engineers and requires international travel of approximately 50–70%.

Design, develop, test, integrate, troubleshoot, and commission Siemens PLC-based control software for automated material handling systems. Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, communication networks, and safety systems. Conduct FAT, SAT, simulation, and site commissioning; prepare technical documentation and test reports; support customer meetings and project handover. Mentor junior engineers, identify technical risks, maintain engineering standards, and contribute to controls software standardization and continuous improvement. International travel of approximately 50–70% is required.

Supports supplier onboarding, qualification, reassessment, monitoring, and remediation across ESG, cybersecurity, compliance, financial, geopolitical, and operational risks. Reviews supplier documentation and cyber assessments, analyzes BitSight or similar risk intelligence data, prepares dashboards and reports, coordinates remediation, maintains risk records, and collaborates with Procurement, Legal, Sustainability, Compliance, Information Security, and suppliers globally.

Supports global RfX activities, including drafting tender documents, coordinating supplier timelines, consolidating responses, analyzing proposals and quotations, and supporting supplier selection. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards while improving processes across the Procurement Centre of Excellence. It requires collaboration with category managers, demand managers, engineering, project management, finance, planning, suppliers, and global stakeholders.

Design and execute electrical engineering solutions for industrial automation and material-handling projects. Responsibilities include power distribution, control diagrams, PLC and industrial network specification, enclosure and cabling design, BOMs, supplier coordination, FAT, installation supervision, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and technical coordination across global project teams. The role uses AutoCAD and EPLAN and requires managing electrical scope, quality, timelines, and project requirements.

Support global Procurement through recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, KPI scorecards, spend and supplier analytics, executive insights, and procurement governance reporting. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable analytical solutions using procurement platforms, ERP systems, Power BI, and Excel. Collaborate with digital and data teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, standardize processes, and support procurement transformation initiatives.
