Supports global RfX activities, including drafting tender documents, coordinating supplier timelines, consolidating responses, analyzing proposals and quotations, and supporting supplier selection. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards while improving processes across the Procurement Centre of Excellence. It requires collaboration with category managers, demand managers, engineering, project management, finance, planning, suppliers, and global stakeholders.

Develop and maintain user-focused technical documentation for automated material-handling equipment, including assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, packaging, illustrations, animations, and training materials. Gather and validate engineering information, manage reusable content in a CCMS, incorporate safety requirements, coordinate technical reviews, assess documentation impacts from product changes, and track work through Jira and Agile processes.

Design and execute electrical engineering solutions for industrial automation and material-handling projects. Responsibilities include power distribution, control diagrams, PLC and industrial network specification, enclosure and cabling design, BOMs, supplier coordination, FAT, installation supervision, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and technical coordination across global project teams. The role uses AutoCAD and EPLAN and requires managing electrical scope, quality, timelines, and project requirements.

Support global Procurement through recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, KPI scorecards, spend and supplier analytics, executive insights, and procurement governance reporting. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable analytical solutions using procurement platforms, ERP systems, Power BI, and Excel. Collaborate with digital and data teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, standardize processes, and support procurement transformation initiatives.
