Supports global compensation programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC by managing benchmarking, merit and incentive cycles, compensation reporting, Workday data, and stakeholder inputs. Analyzes and validates sensitive compensation datasets, prepares reports and employee letters, and supports incentive calculations. Identifies opportunities to standardize and automate recurring processes, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and HR teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

Own and strengthen the company’s internal control framework, including design, implementation, documentation, assessment, monitoring, IFRS and J-SOX compliance, process walkthroughs, reporting, audits, investigations, remediation tracking, and stakeholder training. The role supports finance and business operations across multinational teams and advises on policies, procedures, and control improvements.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and commission Siemens PLC-based low-level control software for automated material handling systems. Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, communications, and safety systems; troubleshoot during FAT, SAT, and site commissioning; create technical and testing documentation; support customer meetings, project risk mitigation, handover, and continuous improvement. The role also mentors junior engineers and requires international travel of approximately 50–70%.
