Lead shift production to meet daily/weekly plans, enforce SOPs and GMP, drive TPM/AM pillar activities, manage small engineering projects and vendor follow-up, track and report production KPIs, book production in SAP, oversee preventive maintenance, downtime analysis, operator training, and ensure product and batch integrity.

Assemble, install, inspect, and maintain mechanical parts and machinery per drawings; troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, keep maintenance records, follow safety protocols, and support/training of junior staff to ensure plant efficiency.
