Supports production systems by monitoring Sentry and CloudWatch, triaging alerts, following runbooks, documenting incidents, escalating issues, and assisting with ECS, Batch, Lambda, database, backup, deployment, and maintenance checks. The intern will write basic Python scripts, analyze logs, support shift handoffs, and learn production support practices through mentorship.

Lead end-to-end product design for Vcheck's B2B fintech platform—define design strategy, deliver high-fidelity visual and interaction designs, govern the design system, run user research and testing, produce specs for engineering, and present design decisions to executives to drive product transformation.
