Own observability infrastructure for multi-tenant cloud workloads, including Elastic Stack pipelines, SLO/SLI dashboards, incident response, runbooks, proactive support tooling, and Fleet management. Partner with SRE, R&D, and support teams to improve observability and tenant workflows across Azure and AWS environments.

Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling for web, mobile, and API applications. Write automation code, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, develop test strategies, identify edge cases, and perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Build internal testing tools and collaborate with product managers and software engineers to improve feature testability and software quality.

Designs and maintains scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing. Builds reusable testing tools and libraries, integrates automation with CI/CD pipelines, validates cloud-native distributed systems, and supports quality strategy and metrics. The role involves testing APIs, microservices, queues, databases, and asynchronous workflows, documenting technical solutions, mentoring SDETs, and improving engineering practices.
