Teams at Vertiv

Leads BIM coordination across project teams, enforcing BIM execution plans, standards, model exchanges, and quality processes. Creates and maintains Revit MEP models, parametric families, documentation, and BIM libraries for data center projects. Uses Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and APIs to develop tools and integrate BIM data. Trains team members, supports stakeholders and clients, manages deliverables and schedules, and oversees BIM documentation, quality checks, and project updates.

Manages and executes product reliability, durability, life-cycle, and qualification testing in a reliability laboratory. Develops test plans, operates laboratory equipment, analyzes data, investigates failures, and supports RCA, FMEA, 8D, corrective actions, and design improvements. Prepares technical reports, supports design verification and validation, coordinates external testing, maintains laboratory standards and equipment, improves test methodologies, and mentors junior staff.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to designated business units, advising leaders on workforce strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, change management, talent programs, performance, rewards, and HR policies. Manages complex employee relations matters and investigations, analyzes workforce trends, supports legal compliance, and collaborates with HR centers of excellence to deliver effective people programs.
