I am SO glad I joined the Vetcove team earlier this year! Every single person at this company is incredibly smart, hard-working, kind, and (most importantly) fun to work with. Our mission is great and the work is really interesting.

What really sets Vetcove apart even among great companies is our "can do" attitude: we enable clinics and the manufacturers to do things never even thought to be possible. Simultaneously trailblazing and carrying responsibility is hugely rewarding.

Being part of Vetcove brings me joy that I've never had from a job before. Everyone here is so talented and diligent (and very fun!), and this company embodies striving to provide the best experience for our customers - it's impactful and fulfilling.

My goal was to learn as much as possible about building a product, both the processes and technical skills. One month in, it's clear this is the place for that. It's not always perfect, some things are still being figured out, but people really care!

There’s always something fun brewing for the Vetcove team! Whether we’re bowling, or playing mini golf, we enjoy spending time together. To get everyone involved, we’ve hosted virtual gatherings to play games, make cocktails, and paint! Team dinner and boozy brunch are fan favorites for the CX team, but of course, I enjoy our retreats most of all!

At Vetcove, employee happiness is a priority, and with that comes regular check-ins to ensure you feel appropriately challenged and have continuous space to grow. Leadership is always more than happy to help you take on exciting new responsibilities. My day-to-day now looks very different versus six months ago, and it all happened so organically.

All this greenfield work means we’ll run into obstacles and take some wrong turns. What matters most is that we can adapt, overcome, and find the humor in them!
