Leads SAP Production Planning implementation, optimization, and support engagements. Configures MRP, production orders, master data, capacity planning, shop floor control, and KANBAN; manages integrations with SAP MM, SD, QM, and PM. Conducts fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, training, and MRP issue resolution. Leads PP functional consultants and coordinates with plant operations, supply chain, SAP Basis, and ABAP teams.

Supports the Chairman and Managing Director’s corporate communications, public engagements, media interactions, and digital presence. Responsibilities include drafting speeches, briefing notes, op-eds, and social media content; managing executive social channels and content calendars; coordinating media and creative agencies; tracking engagement and coverage; and providing performance insights. The role also supports branding and corporate affairs initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating multiple priorities in a senior-leadership environment.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments: planning, tracking, and issue resolution. Onboard and manage vendors/fleet, optimize routing and costs, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and generate operational reports using TMS/GPS and Excel.
