Leads risk-based internal audits across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, and commercial processes. Evaluates controls, compliance, operational efficiency, and fraud risks; develops audit programs and recommendations; monitors remediation; supports enterprise risk management; uses data analytics for continuous auditing; and presents findings to senior management and audit committees. Requires extensive internal audit or finance experience, including significant manufacturing exposure.

Manage strategic B2B accounts, support account planning and pipeline development, identify market opportunities, achieve sales and revenue targets, negotiate pricing, coordinate order-to-cash activities, maintain CRM records, and serve as the primary contact for key customers. The role also involves coordinating internal teams, resolving customer issues, and representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.
