Deploys and manages Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Automates cloud operations using ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell; monitors performance, reliability, and costs; administers Windows Server and Active Directory; integrates Azure AD with on-premises environments; and implements identity, access management, security, and compliance controls.

Manage and optimize enterprise SQL Server environments across production and non-production systems. Responsibilities include performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability and disaster recovery, security, automation, Azure SQL support, monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and production on-call support. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams on deployments, changes, and compliance.

Provide functional support for Finance and Accounting modules within the e-Emphasys ERP system. Manage customer issues, tickets, SLAs, troubleshooting, escalations, documentation, KPI reporting, and coordination with Product, QA, technical, and customer teams. Support dealership processes including purchasing, sales, inventory, receivables, payables, invoicing, taxation, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Provide user training and work rotational 24x7 shifts.
